Combined Shipping

We are only allowed 5 items max for combine shipping.

For combine shipping you can get some discount on shipping cost:

Consolidate your shipping and save 50%! After 2nd item, you only need to pay 25% of shipping cost. We offer this discount on the shipping of each item paid for at the same time. Full shipping will be charged for the item with the highest shipping cost, other items will be charged at 50% then 25%. Just wait for all your items to end before making payment.

Example:

  • Jason wins 3x of our auctions a "heat sealer" with a shipping cost of $12, he also wins an auction for a "Digital Vernier Caliper" with a shipping of $7 and another auction for "keyboard" shipping $8
  • The charger is charged at the full shipping rate ($12) as it is the highest
  • heat sealer shipping $12
  • Digital Vernier Caliper shipping $3.5 (50% off $7)
  • keyboard shipping $2 (%75 off $8)
  • Total shipping $17.5 ($12 + $3.5 + $2)

If jason had a rural delivery address there would be a single additional charge of $5 to cover that and his total shipping would be $24.5 ($19.50 + $5.00)

Automatic Emails

You will be sent an automatic email the afternoon your order is dispatched. This email contains information on when the package was sent, what address it was sent to, what courier it was sent on and your tracking number. It also contains information on how you can contact the courier to track your package or to find out what time the driver will be in your area.

What Courier do you use?

We primarily use Courier post/PBT Couriers/Transport /for our orders . All items are well-packed, as we want your order to arrive in the same condition it was sent out in!

To check the delivery status of your order, please use the Courier post or PBT Track 'n' Trace system.

How long will delivery take?

Usually, It takes one working day to verify your payment, and we will send out your order at the same day of your payment verified.

The Item will arrive in about 2-3 days, and it takes 4-5 days to rural areas.

Please note: These times are guidelines only, and can't be guaranteed due to any number of unforeseen circumstances.

Special shipping requirements

If you have any special requirements with regards to shipping (i.e. you're buying it as a gift), just let us know and we'll try our best to accommodate your needs. :)

What if I'm rural?

A rural delivery fee is charged by couriers to deliver items to rural addresses, but we subsidise this fee.

Please note: Rural deliveries will take a day or two above the normal delivery time, as it has to be passed on to the rural contractor. If you're in a hurry and need your order as soon as possible, it is best to either arrange a non-rural address or arrange to pick it up at your nearest PBT depot.

How can you tell if you are rural? If your mail is delivered by the rural postie, then you are most likely to be rural delivery. :)

What about P.O. Box deliveries?

Most courier companies are not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes as CourierPost has exclusive P.O. Box delivery rights, that is one of the reason we choose Courierpost. which means that generally we can accept a P.O. Box as your delivery address.

Depending on the product(s) we may send your item on PBT Couriers, Because for some large heavy product there will often be an extra cost for this as CourierPost is quite a bit more expensive than our regular courier.

Please query this by asking a question on the auction before you buy and we will be able to advise if P.O. Box delivery is available for your order.
